We had a water heater leak. Dimitar (business owner) came out right away in the evening and initially thought he could repair it and exchange the valve, but it turned out this was not possible when it broke upon unscrewing. He installed a new water heater the next day and gave me a few choices. I was happy I only had to be without hot water for half a day. Our old water heater was old, so this was in the end the better solution for us. I appreciated his promptness to help and all information to make an informed decision. The communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very few these days I have seen are conscientious , honest and fair in their pricing. Dimitar is all that and more. I had called him on a Sunday afternoon to repair a leak and he told me that it would be best if we did the repairs on a weekday as it was a condominium complex. Also if there were any unforseen problems along the way, the parts place would be open on a weekday, for him to get parts, easily. When he came the second time, he couldn't do the repairs as there was a leaky valve that was leaking water into the pipe with the pinhole. Thank you, Dimitar, for installing a new water heater on such short notice, Cameron & I appreciate you so much! I came home from a long day of work on Thursday night only to find my hot shower get lukewarm then freezing cold. FML! We took a look at the water heater & there was no leak. My fiancé, Cameron, tried reigniting something (I forget what it is called), & it did not catch. I started calling around & we were getting ridiculous quotes, so we decided to try fixing it ourselves with good old YouTube because we did not believe our water heater was dead.
