I've been a customer of theirs for well over 20 years. I still call them Ridout even though the name changed a while back. I get reliable service and a great selection every time. Often I can solve some of my simpler problems with the items for sale in the discard/irregular bin out front. Sometimes if I'm in the area I stop in just to look around. You never know what you're going to find.

I needed two custom cut sheets of plexiglass and couldn't find anyone who would cut them locally. The price was very reasonable, for both the plexiglass and the cutting, but where this company shined was when the first pieces were damaged in shipping. The woman I dealt with was friendly and thorough and made the claims process easy. I sent the pictures they asked for and received replacement pieces in three days. They were just wonderful!

They cut some 1/4" plexiglass sheets for me that I bought on Amazon and only charged around $20 for the labor. Cutting them myself was proving challenging and producing low-quality cuts, so letting these pros handle the job was the right call. Most places I called wouldn't help me for various reasons, but now I know where to go!
