Amazing service & incredibly detailed work!!! I came in yesterday to have 4 dresses altered. Only 1 of them I needed to have back quickly. She said “okay, come back tomorrow I will have it ready!”. So next day I come in and she had ALL 4 dresses altered. She said she wanted to save me a 2nd trip. All the dresses were altered to perfection. 1 Farm RiO dress hemmed, 1 Reformation gown hemmed, 1 denim dress hemmed and 1 Slate & Willow dress which was taken in at the waist and straps shortened. Could not be happier and 10/10 I will be back for future alteration needs!
Nancy does excellent work at very reasonable price. She even tells you simpler ways to solve some of your clothing problems for free. She is a real find to help keep your favorite clothes looking good and fitting
Came in for an emergency sleeve shortening. She told me to come in right away and she'll work on it first thing. She was so amazingly sweet and kind. She worked as fast as she could and it turned out amazing. I brought her some tacos from next-door as a thank you (Pro tip: tacos are her favorite apparently. If you need something done quick that's the way to her heart lol). 20/20 service and skill. Wont be taking my garments anywhere else ever again. Customer for life
