Hands down the best optical shop around! After visiting 15+ local optical stores and struggling to find the right pair of glasses, I can confidently say that. One thing that really stood out was the inventory itself. The owner has curated an excellent selection of frames that are stylish, well-made, affordable, and approachable. Through my local hunting I’ve found that many stores carry very repetitive frame selections. This was the only place that I found fresh, distinctive options that I hadn’t already tried on elsewhere.

Michael was incredibly kind and so patient in guiding me toward frames that best suited my face. The whole process took about 30 minutes! When I picked up my glasses, he also helped make adjustments for a perfect fit.

As an Asian girly, it’s pretty hard to find glasses frames! 17 years ago I bought a pair of frames from Koreatown in LA and they fit perfectly. However, this morning, my glasses broke, and they were not able to be fixed. Luckily, I went into Eleven where the owner Michael was extremely helpful! They buy all their Frames from Korea and so they definitely have the perfect Asian fit. Michael was able to find a frame that was pretty much the same as what I had. He even exchanged the lenses for me. And the best part the frames were only $60! Thank you!!!!
