Park at the structure closest to the salon and the 2nd and 3rd floors are free. I called to ask for parking directions. When no one answered nor called me back, I made the mistake of parking far at the residences. I was already 5 minutes behind and the walk over put me 11 minutes late. The reception said they canceled my appointment with the 10 minute no show policy. I was about to go on camera for an interview shoot. Luckily Blanca the stylist was still willing to dry style my hair and did so in 10 minutes. Wish I had the full 30 which I paid for, but it still looked great. Thanks Blanca ! And please DryBar send parking instructions with your appointment confirmations!
This place is sweet! I had never heard of this concept (we don’t have one where I am from in Canada). Was recommended to me by an esthetician at my spa day yesterday. Brilliant recommendation! Loved the location. Staff were so friendly! Was quick and appt on time. Loved it all!
I’ve always loved Drybar for the blowouts, but I am now an even more loyal fan because of their integrity. I want to share my appreciation for the customer service team at Drybar as they acted with grace and empathy. I recently had a medical family emergency and when I reached out, the staff was very understanding and helpful.
