I have to share another great experience with Done Right Remodeling and Design. After our project was completed, one of the drywall anchors holding our curtain rod unexpectedly pulled out. I reached out to the team to ask what they recommended, and they immediately took responsibility and arranged for someone to come out and fix it.
I honestly expected them to simply patch the hole and install the anchor somewhere else. Instead, they opened up the drywall and reinforced the area with 2x4s to make sure the same problem wouldn’t happen again. The extra effort was completely beyond what I expected.
