This is the third time I've used Complete Builders and I would recommend them 100%. This time we did a bedroom and two bathroom remodel. Took everything down to the studs and built it up for scratch. Frank's estimates and work orders are complete and detailed. The crew shows up on time and does a full day of work before cleaning up every day! Noe is the master lead and kept me informed of any nuances that arose during the build-out. Luis is a master plumber (among other talents) and cleaned up some old plumbing mistakes on this older house. And there is nothing that Edgar can't do! I offer my highest 5 star recommendation to Frank, Noe, and his team at Complete Builders. If you are looking for a hands on owner and team that delivers exceptional quality results, on time, and on budget, Bar none, they are the best in the business for all the reasons I site in this review. I couldn't accomplish my development and renovation goals over the last few years without them. The breadth of their knowledge and experience ranges from ground up new construction to every sub-category of construction on the spectrum for the simplest of renovation to the most daunting. In all our years of building, remodeling and repairing homes, Complete Builders Inc. is among the best Contractors we have worked with. Frank is a good communicator and the team is very skilled and thorough.
Frank repaired the water damage on our deck, which was a very complex project; requiring demolition, structural rebuilding and managing the sealing, coating, painting and stucco as well as the other work such as gutters and tile.
CBI did it all.
We thank Frank for taking such great care of our home during this process. CBI has our highest recommendation!
