My friend recommended Crysania and I can't thank her enough. My job is physically and emotionally demanding so needless to say I've got issues. I'm talking about knots on top of knots...and my battered chi needed major realignment. She made me feel 10 years and 50 lbs lighter. Crysania's touch was amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had. I enjoy deep tissue to ease the knots I get however it is often painful and brings me to tears during the session. However Crysania's technique accomplished the same results with out the pain. I also really appreciate the time she took to show me excersices I can do in between appointments to release my muscle tension on my own. I'll be back!
