Shar was referred to me after 4 costly and slow estimates.1. I was happy to work with a effective qualifed woman owned contractor2. Shar has experience working with the public in several industries. She listens and conceptualizes very well.3. BDB had a tight timeline after several delays. They came in only 1½ days late! I was shocked!Outstanding! Happy! Relieved! Grateful!4. Financially I came out ahead.Her estimate was over 3000.00 less than the previous 4.We are very happy the first 4 were such a bummer. Because it allowed Shar and her team to help us achieve a dream.

Wow! Where do I start? We decided to do a major renovation on our forever home in San Diego. It involved adding an amazing shower bathroom, a new master bedroom,walk-in closet, new dining room, new living room, redo kitchen, and turning the old living room into a bedroom/ office. Truly one of the most self induced stress situations possible. The process started a year ago. Permits took 6 months. We talked to many contractors and decided on Beyond Design Build.
