The best massage and body work ever. I've been seeing Karen for over two years and she is amazing. She has a gift for knowing where your body needs attention. I have seen her multiple times with injuries from working out and she has known the exact spots without me telling her anything (I've tested her a few times with this and she always knocks it out of the park). Massage, cupping, she does it all. I know that when I walk out of a session, I will absolutely feel better, both mentally and physically. I cannot express how much I appreciate and recommend Karen. She's awesome!

I’ve been seeing Karen at Balanced Health Therapeutics for over two years now, usually every other week and sometimes even more often. I’m so grateful I found her. She has an incredible ability to find tension, pain, and scar tissue you do not even realize you’re carrying. So many times she has asked me how I’m feeling before a session, and I’ll say, “I’m okay, just do whatever you think is best.” Without fail, she finds the hidden problem areas and works them out. Karen is truly gifted at what she does, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional massage therapist.

I’ve been getting monthly massages for over 30 years and from a wide variety and number of different massage therapists, but for the last 10+ years, they’ve been solely with Karen/Balanced Health Therapeutics. Why? Because she knows what she’s doing and is very good at it.

Karen knows my body and that my muscles tense up with deep tissue work, so she backs off on the pressure to give me the maximum benefit.
