    I contacted Training Spaces late one night when I was feeling frustrated with my lack of progress. Let me back up a bit... I'm a woman in my early 40's, two young kids, and I run about 2-3x a week. After my youngest became fairly self-sufficient, I decided to get back in shape. I thought it would be pretty easy because I'd done it before with my first kid. But this time, after working out for 3 months straight, I saw no progress. I even increased running to 7 days a week.     I recently completed the 12 week transformation with Sam and I am so grateful for all that I learned and gained (and lost!) throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this gym and the 12 week transformation to anyone who is ready and serious about improving their health and transform not only physically but mentally and emotionally in the best way.     Training Space is amazing, I was looking for a gym close to me where I could get back into working out. I met with Michael and ended up signing up for the 12 week transformation with 3 sessions a week. My trainer Sam was awesome, I felt like he catered the plan to my needs and pushed me to be better. I have some hip mobility issues and he built a plan around me. Sam was great at holding me accountable and helping me with my meal plan when I needed it. At the end of it, I lost almost 40 pounds!
