Dr. Caralina is different from other chiropractors. From the moment you shake her hand, you know you're meeting a healer. She's well versed in all aspects of health, including the body and mind. The adjustment I had was wonderful - I wasn't rushed like normal DC's that I've visited in Marin. We spent a lot of time together, she's trained in massage, and made sure to loosen my muscles up before the adjustment. I highly recommend her practice!
I came to Dr. Caralina Kvalstad for numbness in both of my thighs which had been going on for the previous 2 years. My regular chiropractor--doing adjustments--wasn't able to help alleviate the symptoms, and my regular doctor basically said there was nothing that I could do to get rid of the problem (except loose weight, and not wear tight pants!?) . After one session with her, primarily doing deep tissue work, I was 90% healed! Dr. Caralina has a wealth of knowledge that goes way beyond standard chiropractic care, which I also really appreciate. She is a truly holistic healer.

I was in a bad car accident in 1997 and have had problems with my neck, shoulder and back ever since. Over the years I've seen dozens of chiropractors, massage therapists, PTs and body workers. I've tried Rolfing, foam rollers, MELT method & yoga. You name it, I've probably tried.But it wasn't until I found Caralina that I've started to see real progress.
