Great Medical Center. I really trust my doctor and her decisions. If you're looking for a change from where you are or just looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Sutter.
I developed a problem over the weekend that wasn't bad enough for urgent care or the ER but definitely couldn't wait forever. The team practice model came to the rescue. My PCP was completely booked however his colleague Dr. Tony Lai had a spot Monday afternoon. The check in process was easy. The front end staff were kind and efficient. My appointment happened exactly as scheduled without having to wait. All of my concerns were heard and addressed. I'm so grateful for the experience.
Huge building with different services available. I just don't like how patients coming here have to pay for parking. Only way to avoid is getting dropped off or parking few blocks away. The staff at front desk can be nice at times, but for most part there ok.I've had to wait an hour at times even with an appointment. The doctors and Nurses are great here. It's what keeps my family coming.
