registration told me this was the only place accepting new patients… so I took it and the doctors are fine but the MAs don’t know what they are doing. They schedule me visits and then they get cancelled because they didn’t schedule the right visit type or not enough time. I’ve had to take PTO and I always get informed last minute about the cancellation. Today I got a call about my appointment being canceled as I was on the way there, they didn’t even send me a message or cancel on my health online. They just waited to get me on the phone to tell me. I’ve been cancelled on 4 times.
Went to get services and proceeded to overhear the front staff personnel share all of my personal details (d.o.b., still, and spelling for my last name) over the phone. So me and all other 20 people waiting to be seen how has access to all my personal data. Would not recommend unless you don't mind identity theft
This review is of the Family Medicine Residency clinic. For certain Sutter primary care doctors you can be assigned to see the family medicine resident years 1-3. The resident trainees are very thoughtful and friendly and easy to get appointments. So basically you can use this clinic like urgent care. HOWEVER, if you want a relationship with a doctor for real health issues and convenient maintenance care then this clinic should be avoided. No provider will respond to your online my health app communications. And the phone service for Sutter is mind numbing, you will never get in touch with your provider or medical office.
