Overall the best doctors are trained by Sutter Health here in Midtown Sacramento CA. I've had one that left for home, and another that I refuse to let go & leave. Lol, kidding. Anyway I love the staff equally and you will be glad to try this office and they have babied me all along. They are so patient, it's like a scary movie but then you find out they are for real! I've been here since 2021 with this office and staff.
This review is of the Family Medicine Residency clinic. For certain Sutter primary care doctors you can be assigned to see the family medicine resident years 1-3. The resident trainees are very thoughtful and friendly and easy to get appointments. So basically you can use this clinic like urgent care. HOWEVER, if you want a relationship with a doctor for real health issues and convenient maintenance care then this clinic should be avoided. No provider will respond to your online my health app communications. And the phone service for Sutter is mind numbing, you will never get in touch with your provider or medical office. Dr. Anna Sophia Irvin was great. Very efficient and thorough. I am glad she is my doctor.Also I liked that there was a quiet separate lab here. Really convenient and they really kind in accommodating sensory needs. Great Office staff too.
