Staff is great, friendly, helpful and caring. But the whoever answers the phone is rude and no help at all. Gave us the wrong number, wouldn't look up the correct number and hung up on us. Very upsetting when you are dealing with cancer

You run in and out all night and day
providing a release, a little get away
Bringing joy and loving care
trading deep where others wont dare
At the end of a tireless day
if things go dark or just a little grey
I would feel myself a little amiss
if I didn't provide you all with a hug and kiss
