Don't do it!! They have awful customer service. If I could give them a 0 starts I would. We bought a house and Sunrun came installed so unfortunately we are stuck with them. DONT DO IT!!
I'm in Southern New Jersey , you have horrible customer service, I'm waiting 3 months for roof repair. Your Reps don't call, answer emails etc. product is good your service sucks
BREECH of CONTRACT! We have SUNRUN Solar, a Sunrun representative called to tells us that our solar panel were not working has efficient as they should. What he knew was & didnt tell us is, that they are not working at all! We had to wait 2 month for an appointment, just for the Sunrun to call the day of and say they dont have the part. Sunrun had 2 months!! We have got the run around and we are taking legal action.
