Just got the call that my shoes are ready. I dropped them off April 8th. Today is April 17th. Only 7 business days--9 days total--pretty decent. I was worried bc Sergio didn't have an estimate for how long it would take, but seems absolutely reasonable. Don't let the timeline worry you. I appreciate the phone call, too. That's old school class. I'll pick up today or Monday and report back on quality. I paid up front. $14.50 for new tips on a pair of kitten heels.
