Went in to fix my strap on my doc marten sandals that ripped off. The strap broke while I was at work and needed to find somewhere nearby. I had saw this place already had great reviews so decided to check it out. The guy working there was very nice but I didn't get his name.
My shoe was fixed in a couple days and the repair has lasted since! (Edited to include the repair has lasted over a year so far). The price was great, affordable for what I needed done especially since it wasn't something I could fix on my own. Would definitely come back for future needs.
Very impressed by the excellent quality and quick service. He cut down a pair of high heels and did a beautiful job in less than an hour. Charged only $20 and when I tried to give an additional $20 as a tip, he told me that was too much and would not accept it. I was blown away. Worth the trip from Davis!
Got my shoes back in one week! The first time, they called me to say that my 3 pair of shoes was done, when i got there only 2 were actually repaired. I had to come back for the 3rd one, but it was worth it because they did an excellent job on a tricky repair. Highly recommend!
