Came in to drop it off, he immediately saw it was a simple fix, glued it and another location I missed, brushed it clean, returned it to me, and said it was on the house. Bring cash only. Brought in my leather school backpack to fix the loose industrial threading. 15 minutes later I was leaving with a completely fixed backpack. Keep in mind this was one of the more easier fixes but that was so much sooner than expected I am very pleased with service. Shop owner is very pleasant. Happy to pay cash for him anytime for quality work.
