First Visit:
I had a 2006 refrigerator stop working a week before Thanksgiving. The Tech helped me trouble shoot the problem over the phone and then came on a Saturday afternoon and replaced the relay for me. It cost me 190.00 and it saved me buying a new refrigerator!!! Very honest and they know their business!
Second Visit:
My 25 year old Washer broke When they came out they said upfront that parts were not available. They also said that they had seen this issue before and knew what the problem was. Kelles called immediately to schedule service which happened to be same day availability to fix our broken dishwasher door latch. The company and Kelles’s service were beyond prompt, progressional and generally amazing!
