Had a stopped up kitchen sink on Saturday. Called Rooter Hero and they came out on Sunday and cleaned out the line totally fixing the problem. They also ran a camera throughout the line making sure it was clear. Other companies wanted to charge a fee for emergency service since it was a Sunday. But Rooter Hero came out immediately and charged less than 60 bucks. I couldn’t believe it. Another company quoted me over 200 for the same service. Rooter Hero is my new plumbing company from now on. They are Heroes!
David Romesburg was basically in charge of the job at my spread, was professional, on time, experience was apparent and explained everything that was going to take place, he is in my opinion an asset to the company and if I do say so myself deserves a big fat raise
My technician David was on time. He was friendly and polite. The job was completed and there was no mess left behind.
