Rick is just the best. He showed up within hours of our request, and he was able to identify 2 problems that were keeping our AC from cooling the house (lack of refrigerant, and a blockage of ice that was restricting air flow). I cannot thank him enough for keeping us from sweating like pigs this 4th of July. Highly reccomend

Rick does mostly Commercial jobs, however, I called Rick on New Years Eve because my Furnace stopped running. Rick showed up At my house an hour later to look at the system and diagnose the problem. My HVAC system is from 1992. It is very old and honesty, Rick could have sold me any part or service. I am certain other HVAC techs would have done just that. However, that is not what happened. Rick cleared out a vacuum line that was plugged preventing a switch from opening. He charged me $80 for the service call. Rick is as honest as they come and he will be my first call always going forward.

Rick was wonderful! When my AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave I called 15 companies! A different company was able to come out right away and charged me $100 to tell me what was wrong, and how much it would cost me to fix it, which was an arm and a leg! Rick, I had left a message for, but he called me back later that same day. When I had told him what the initial company had said, and what they wanted to charge me, he was appalled and insisted a second opinion! When he came he was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He also showed me what I needed to be concerned with. He quoted me a price to fix my unit that was less than half the original...read full review
