I called Pavlo after getting quotes from two other HVAC companies, and I’m so glad I did.
The first company had tons of reviews but barely inspected the unit. They mentioned wanting to check the heat exhaust system but never followed through. Still, they gave me a quote of $1900 for four recommendations—without much explanation or confidence.
The second company actually did a thorough inspection. Their quote was $1300 and they made four recommendations, three of which matched what the first company said. Their suggestions sounded reasonable, but still pricey.

Daniel helped us out in a real bind. Our AC went out in 114 degree summer and he was able to come diagnose and fix the issue same day. He was straight forward and professional and did not try to upsell us on a new unit (even though it probably could be updated). Would recommend!
My mom is 89 and lives in the Senior mobile home park on Sunrise. Yesterday I learned that her A/C wasn't cooling her house. She called around to several places to get a service quote and date. Being over 100 she needed to have it fixed right away. She called Pablo and he said he'd send Hector in the morning. He arrived today, on time. He was friendly, professional and got right to work. He was able to assess the problem and fix it. The cost was fair and reasonable but my mom is on a very fixed income, like many of her friends are, and paying the full amount would have been a hardship for her. Hector was extremely considerate and kind to her. He told her she could make payments on the service allowing her to have cool air and her dignity. Half today and the balance in a month. This is very rare these days. When my mom needed a small loan to fix up her home the banks denied her bc of her debt to income ratio, even though she has perfect credit. Finding kindness in these very difficult times is a blessing and we are grateful for Pavlo and his willingness to work with his customers. We will definitely use him again (hopefully not too soon ;) We highly recommend. Thank you so much for your excellent service with a heart.
