Filed my claim online and set up an appointment for the front screen repair. I was able to do next day repair and thank god I had my iPad to set up the appointment. Once I dropped off my phone, the repair was done in less then 2 hours and picked up same day.
Fast service, great price. Took my phone in for water damage. Marcus took care of me. I was on a time crunch and he managed to repair it ASAP for me. Cleaned up the moisture inside and made sure it’s good to go without any water inside. Thank you guys!
This is my second experience with CPR phones. I bought a refurbished phone 4 1/2 years ago from Best Buy and it died on me. It wouldn’t keep a charge. And I didn’t have money to buy a new one. So I went into CPR Phone, and Marcus waited on me. He was so nice, so patient, made me very comfortable. While I waited on my phone to be fixed. Marcus is the man! Thank you Marcus. You were great!!!! Miss Debra.
