Since I am dependent on friends for rides, I prepaid the cost, got a receipt, and gave the receipt to the friend who'd pick it up for me so he'd know it was going into the hands of someone I authorized to get it. His little shop is located inside of a Hispanic grocery market, and his shop is clean. Edwin is very professional, pleasant, and good at what he does.
