I originally went to the Arden location which was decent. However, I decided to come to this location since it was closer to my home and not located inside of a mall (Arden). My experience from exchanging my frames to picking them up has been phenomenal. I met different employees each time and everyone was extremely customer oriented and beyond helpful. Every person who works here cares about the customer and the service that they provide. Plus, they have a huge amount of inventory for frames. I am greatly appreciative and I do not regret giving this location a try! I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family.

So happy this location has opened!! Easy to get to, parking is a breeze, good selection of frames. The best part however is the customer service. Robert was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took his time to help with every detail of my lens selection. I will absolutely be going here moving forward.

Bethany and Dr. Switzer were utterly phenomenal in getting me not only an amazing pair of lenses at an excellent price but also were able to effectively handle every question I had as it pertained to their items and my eye care for keratoconus.I always bought my glasses online after receiving my prescription. But with the level of care and at a lower price? You can not beat LensCrafters and their amazing staff in Natomas. 10/10
