Customers have been returning for over 4 years, satisfied with their experience and eyeglasses from this UC Berkeley-affiliated establishment. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The selection of frames is just barely adequate, with some discontinued frames being the best. However, the quality of the frames has been consistently poorer. The upside is that they will adjust them for free, but the older glasses may not be able to take more adjusting. One customer no longer wears their current prescription because the frame is so bad. Dr. Carney was very relaxed and made the customer feel comfortable as he worked on tweaking their contacts prescription for the best vision. The office staff is very professional and friendly, with Amy doing a great job in helping the customer sort through all the frames and selecting a lovely one.
