If this business owes you money file a report with the City of West Saceamento PD. If they get enough reports they will refer to DA for prosecution. This business debited my card for monthly membership dues two days after they closed shop. Also, for a several months prior to closing it was very difficult to book appointments. Bookings were more than one, and sometimes two weeks out. I believe that was by design. Collect monthly dues, make it difficult to use credits. More $$ for the crooked owner. The buisness is closed! I went today for my massage that was confirmed by email and found a note on the door saying they closed. Spoke with lady at corporate office who stated this location is a franchise and the buisness owner s*** down without notifying corporate, members, or even his employees. She took my info and said they will be taking legal action against him. For anyone with an account balance, I wouldnt hold your breath.

I purchased a three service Groupon and booked my appointment. When I showed up today, March 6th, there was a sign on the door that said the location was closed. No notice, no call, nothing! Thank goodness Groupon will honor a refund but horrible, horrible service.
