Been coming to F.A.C. for about 3 months now. I was fairly active on my own prior to joining, but I wanted the extra push. I’ve really been enjoying the classes. I’ve attended classes by both Alex and Jalen; they’re both awesome and add their own flair to each class. The group is a good mix ranging from beginners, and ppl who have been working out for years. No matter your fitness level, anyone can do the workouts and leave feeling good. Coach Jalen once said, “The workouts aren’t hard, just intense.” I completely agree. Coaching is fantastic! The results have been great. I would like to see the 630pm classes back on Tuesdays and Thursdays as I’m unable to make it to the 530pm.
