I Wish I Could Give Zero 0000 Stars ⛔⭕⭐ For The Lack Of Care & Empathy I Received Here. In 2022 I Got A Referral To This Office From My Provider. After Telling Her I Had Irregular Periods & Sharp Pain During My Periods. Which Wasn't Typical, Usual or Ordinary For Me To Have Much Pain If Any Pain At ALL During My Period Since They Began When I Was 12 Years Old. Before I Had My First Child In 2002 I Could Take One 500mg Acetaminophen To Alleviate My Severely Minor Cramps/Pains. I Had Pains From Miscarriages, Blood Clots During My Periods & Uterine Fibroids. I Had Severe Back Labor For 23 Hours In 2002. They Tried To Do A Uterine Tissue Lining Biopsy To See If It Was...read full review
I've been going to the office off of sierra college and have not experienced the best care up until yesterday (July 5). I show up sometimes 5-10 minutes early and have had to wait 30-45 minutes PAST my appointment time. I have also seen other women who were waiting start to get annoyed and check the times on their devices because of how long it was taking for them to be called back. On top of the waiting time there is also the fact the once I've been taken back I am then yet again waiting another 10-15 maybe 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. I have other things that I have to do in my life to instead of just sit around and wait. Just like everyone other women or couple. I even had one appointment where i was told to undress just for the doctor to come in and tell me that it was unnecessary and that we didn't have to do that thing anymore. proceeded to have me sit the rest of the appointment unclothed (yes under one of those cover things but they are see through) but I was very uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. At the last place I heard to go to for check ups I would check in a MINUTE before my appointment time and get taken back within 3 minutes of waiting. and then wouldn't be waiting that long to see my doctor. Ever since going to Camellia I've had the worst experience ever only still go just to make sure my baby is ok. Outside that if it wasn't for me being pregnant I would just get up and leave and never attend again. I wish I could just find a new OB but can't because I sadly only have a few weeks left. wish I had 10 weeks left so I can find a new doctor instead of someone from camellia. Fix your wait time people we have other things to do during our days. Oh and before SCHEDULING OUR APPOINTMENTS FOR US check with us first what days WE'RE available as well as changing the location for the appointments as well please check with us first before just doing it. I just saw that you guys have me scheduled for a location that is to far of a drive for me and am curious. You already want to see me two times a week which is a waste of gas since we don't have the money but you want to make me drive 25 minutes further and waste more? That's messed up should have checked with me first before choosing the days I come in. let me choose for my availability so it can fit around MY schedule.
Very indifferent staff. I'm on my 37 weeks and my appointment was cancelled reception doesn't even care to call to inform. Went where and they told me at the last min , they don't understand that people are taking time off from work and need to schedule things in advance. So disappointed.
