Prenatal Diagnosis of Northern California Medical Group Inc.

Looking at all the bad reviews I saw on this place it made me hesitant to go there, but from the first interaction I had with the lady on the phone, to the few appointments I’ve had now; I can only say my experience was amazing! They gave me so much information that at the beginning and it was quite overwhelming but everything was for the best. I was recently in there for a follow up ultrasound and I was in there longer than expected but it was because of how baby was positioned that she took her time and was so gentle and patient. Thank you all ?

Had my first appointment here today. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. Facility was really clean and tidy. We got called in for the ultrasound within 5 minutes of our appointment time. Our room was spacious and clean with a big screen to watch the images. Our tech was kind and quick. I’d definitely come back in the future!

I wish I could write paragraphs giving thanks to the staff that had helped me along this stressful process, but I'll keep this short and sweet. Dr. Hershey really IS the heart and soul of this place. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in his practice. He took his time explaining everything calmly and clearly, and answered all of my questions. His assistant gave me the assurance that I very much needed to proceed. The ultrasound technician was very thorough, explaining everything she was doing along the way. I can honestly say, that even though I had the nerve wrecking experience of an amniocentesis, it was Dr. Hershey and his staff that had made my appointment a very pleasant one.
