Product looks nice, service is the worst ever. Delays to deliver, a ton of defects (glass full of scratches, frames dented)...it's been a year since we ordered and we still don't have a final set of up to standard windows. We spent hours and hours on emails and phone calls with them. The owner, Jeremy, is very blasé and doesn't really care. We are starting a lawsuit against them after trying for months to resolve all the issues.

Terrible customer service. After 8 years, our high end windows disintegrated and the company made it clear, its tough luck. They can't help. Check out the pictures and then find a different window company.

DO NOT BUY BLOMBERG. Similar to another post here, I have had nothing but problems starting during installation 5 years ago. We spent $10's of thousands for new windows in remodel and any issues we had/have seem to be shrugged off by Blomberg.During original install, one of our windows was leaking and Contractor had to make threats to finally get a service tech from Sacramento to come to SF. They kept saying was an installation error, until they found out the window had been fabricated backwards. They were able to modify in the field, but you can tell slightly that it was wrong.
