These guys always, always come thru for me! If you need a part or need answers to questions you have, they are trustworthy and will go the extra mile to find it online if they dont already have it. They helped me when I took over a pool/house that I inherated. It was a complete green mess. Their suggestions are always right on and they have even tested my pool water so I could get it right and save on chemicals. You can't go wrong with this company. I appreciate you guys!

Amazing customer service, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Michael P. Not only rebuilt my pool pump motor, but provided hands on instruction on how to take it off and put the new one back on. Even gave me his cell number just in case I had questions. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. You can't go wrong with this company.

After noticing loud noises coming from my 20-year-old pool pump, I decided to give Best Pool Supply a call. Eric noted that the issue was most likely caused by a bad pool motor, and that I should bring it in to see what they could do. He mentioned right out of the gate that the least expensive route would be to try and retrofit a new motor to the old pump as a solution. This could save me $1000 or more vs purchasing a brand-new pump. Other shops I have dealt with in the past would have jumped on this opportunity to sell me an entire new pump.
