Katie was very awesome and thorough. She spent the first 1/2 hour of our secession doing a medical review and then led into some helpful exercises. The next 30-45mins She spent working my muscles and tissue. She rounded the secession out, discussing future plans. I would highly recommend working with Katie @ Redwood Integrative Bodyworks.
