Katie is quite knowledgeable and clearly a talented practitioner. She gave me some valuable advice/exercise ideas about how I need to focus strength training to correct some hip weakness. Very kind and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Katie in 2018 by a therapist who noticed tension related issues with my posture. Skeptical, I made an appointment. After the one, I committed to nine more (the ‘Rolfing Ten-Series’ covering the entire body over the course of ten sessions). After just a few sessions I noticed a marked reduction of chronic back and lower body pain caused by years of distance running. Over time my alignment, posture and functional wellness improved dramatically.
