Tim came to my residence to fix my built in microwave. He did a very good job fixing my microwave. He was gentle and didn't scratch the unit. The pricing was very affordable and I highly recommend him if you have an appliance that just quits like mine did.

The bearings were going out in my 10-year old, front-load, LG washing machine. Due to its age and the urgency of my need to have it working, I bought the parts, and a friend and I used YouTube to repair it. It took us three days, but we got it all changed out! However, now the drum would not rotate. After three additional, unsuccessful attempts, I called a professional, who spent two-hours and needed to return the next morning to finish the diagnosis, but they never returned. No one wanted to help because I had attempted to self-repair, but Tim came out the same day. It was difficult to diagnose, but Tim eliminated each cause, until it came down to the wiring. Tim took it to his shop to have access to other wire diagnostic tools, where he finally was able to isolate the issue and perform the repairs. Despite it being Mother's Day, and having already made several trips to my home, Tim delivered my working washer! I am grateful for Tim's honesty, transparent and fair billing, and commitment to completing the task he started. He is a dependable man. The lesson I learned was that it was not cheaper to DIY, and ended up costing me two-weeks without a working machine, and more money had I hired Tim first. Thank you, Tim! It was a job well-done!
