On Moday, June 22, the staff at Sutter Urgent Care were all very helpful, trying to irrigate the infection out of my left ear, but being unsuccessful, they referred me as an emergency to Sutter ENT, who called on Tuesday, June 23, that they had received an emergency referral, but said they'd call back to schedule in a couple days. I remarked that today was Tuesday. Would they call back by the end of the week? However, they have not called back as of Saturday, June 27--very disappointing!

Dr Halasa equally professional, great “bedside manner.” She listened to my concerns and took fast and efficient action to alleviate the problem. Even called later in the evening to further discuss test results. Definitely a credit to Sutter system and I highly recommend her service.
I have had excellent care here by the attending doctors on both of my visits to this Sutter Urgent care. The staff and Nurses here were incredibly nice, attentive and thorough. I was seen quickly and the Drs helped me with both of my issues.
