Worst system. Kaiser jr. can’t ever get appointments for acute illnesses. And even when you get in no one treats any type of chronic illnesses so I default to the er more often than not which is over crowded and they just make sure you’re not going to die vs helping you. Then you call to try to get to drs primary or specialty and no appointments for months at time. So back to er I go. It’s a vicious circle and not helpful for patients. Reached out to patient advocacy not helpful. Hate being a Sutter patient

This place is ok not really the best for your mental health i went for mental health because of pretty bad mental health problems unironically they almost made it worse the best thing there wasn’t them lol it was the medication they gave me.

Do not go to Sutter Health if you have any serious health issues. Their specialists will write you off when experiencing dire health issues (even with an urgent referral), it takes months for medical records to reach their hospital, by the time you wait for them to do something to address your symptoms it will be too late. This is the most disappointing and disturbing experience I've ever had at any medical center.
