They came out to look at a leak in the sink and dishwasher not draining. Dishwasher works perfectly fine otherwise. Service guy came out and spent 20 minutes (perhaps less) working. I was charged $400 for this. Ran the dishwasher afterwards and it still did not drain. Contacted them to see what they could do. Would not admit fault and said it's probably the dishwasher and that they don't work on dishwashers, after all this. This was not brought up to me upfront. Politely requested some level of reimbursement or help since my issue was not fixed and representative balked and was rude. I highly do not recommend this company. First time / last time. No call/no show. I called them to get a gas hookup installed in my laundry area, and the guy came out on a Thursday, gave me a quote, and made an appointment to complete the work the following Sunday. My appointment was between 8-12. At 1:30, I called to see if he was still coming and the woman who answers the phone said he was, he'd call when he was on his way. And he just never showed up. Never called, either. I understand that service schedules are hard to predict and stuff happens, but at least give us the courtesy of a phone call. I literally waited all day for him to just never show.

The service was pricey but comparable and fair. The plumber was on time and very kind. He gave me a lot of information so I felt he was very trustworthy.
