This is one of the worst pool service companies in this area. I regret how much trust I gave to them. To put it in a very simple statement I had to replace almost all of my pool equipment because of their gross negligence. They admitted to such when I called the manager and her response was "it's hard to hire good people". However she never had a problem charging my card. They didn't clean my filter for an entire year. They didn't backwash my DE filter for several months. I've been taking care of my own pool for a week and my children are happy the hot tub "bubbles" again. A couple of months ago, I had a tough experience with Parrot Head. However, the owner since called and we resolved amicably. I appreciated his willingness to address the issue and resolve it.

I am not surprised by seeing other people complain about this business's driving in their company vehicle! The guy ran me off the road and when I pulled up beside to take a picture of the phone number on the side of the van so I could call the business he then took out his phone and laughed and mocked at me and took off speeding. Would not trust these people on my property for ANY reason! There are great pool service people in town...I would pass on this one!
