While I really love my doctor, the office staff tends to leave rude sounding messages that really upset my day. I am at work and understandably cannot answer when they call. It is not their job to be annoyed that I cannot answer within their timeframe (literally three messages in one morning while I am teaching). It matters how they speak to people and that's the bottom line.

06/20/23This morning I was greeted by Michelle for my CT imaging appointment. What a very lovely lady she is to see at 7:45 AM! ?After her guiding me through registration I was in Carol's capable hands. She made me feel comfortable & confident I was in good hands! ? ☺️Carol handed me off to Patty my tech for the CT. She did excellent needle work getting the contrast set up for my imaging.I have nothing but good things to say about this office & visit and that's because of the professional & personable staff who made this such a pleasant interaction in health.I thank you Michelle, Carol & Patty!Best regards ~ Kathy

Excellent service. The staff are efficient, polite, kind, respectful, professional, and helpful. Thank you, Alicia, Michelle V., and Sarah for helping me in the process. Michelle V. was calm and handled the challenging situation arisen with another client who refused to wear a mask well. She also thoroughly sanitized all frequently touched surfaces in the waiting area to keep everyone safe. Sarah was patient, empathetic, and sweet. Alicia was very helpful trying to schedule an appointment for me and working on my insurance issue. Also, there were a few more ladies who called me to follow up. Thank you all. ?
