“I called Die Hard looking for a service I could trust to work on two homes our family owns in the area. After speaking with the owner, I decided to give them a try and I’m very happy I did. Their technician, Mike, showed up at my daughter’s home, on time, to find my daughter had forgotten. Mike called her, and she was able to open the entry remotely. No problem for Mike. By the time she had returned, Mike had begun the work to recess a refrigerator water line valve and was off shopping for additional parts. He completed the work efficiently and left me without the need to follow-up with drywall patching. My daughter is happy, the refrigerator is happy and I’m glad I found a company that shows up promptly and charges what they say they will. More projects await.“
