“Mr. Thien is the absolute best! His tailoring and alterations are fantastic and I bring everything to him because I trust his work to be impeccable. He also does a great job on leather which a lot of tailors do not alter. He is so pleasant and always tells me how he has been a tailor since coming here in 1977 ? prices are very reasonable and he does get busy at times but it’s worth it.“

“I took a pair of jeans that were a bit too wide for me. John had a turn around time of 5 days which was excellent! I went back to pick them up but later on in the day I felt that they were now too tight. I returned to John and fixed that issue too without a problem. He showed me what he did exactly with my jeans and I admired his intricate detailing on the jeans to make it look like they've not been altered. John has been in the tailoring business for 50+ years

“This place does a good job but sometimes i just need a pair of pants or sweats to be shorter and they cost $10?! Sometimes i end up doing it myself when i realize cutting and sowing back an easy pair of pants is $10. But i do have to give it to them, they do a great job. Also, the store hours on the maps is inaccurate. I've been there trying to drop off or pick up clothes when they open or about to close and it's been close.“

I have been taking my clothes here for years and every single time Ramin and Betty give me a warm welcome before working their magic to refresh my garments. They are extremely knowledgeable about all types of fabrics and know to be extra careful with delicate pieces. Their on-site alteration expert does a fantastic job tailoring and repairing clothes too! I feel so fortunate to have this wonderful, family owned business right around the corner from my house.“

“Lina altered my wedding dress this spring and I had a nice experience. At my first appointment, she meticulously pinned and made sure everything looked the way I wanted. She even paid special attention to my unique bust of the dress, which I had a hard time finding a bra for, and gave me suggestions for bras. She also has good attention to detail - she noticed that a small chunk of the seam of my bust was showing (like that from the shop) and she added a leaf of lace from my gown onto the bust to hide it, all without me even asking and I loved that. Parking here is kind of confusing. Street parking is easiest as the lot only has a few spots and is shared with a few other businesses. I also didnt like the dressing room - it was cramped and had some junk stored in there, which didnt make me feel very bridal as I was trying to put my dress on for her. It's a tiny shop - no bells and whistles, so it is what it is. But Lina is detailed and kind and I felt prices were fair. I spent about $650 - waist and bust taken in, adding a bustle, and shortening length were the three major changes though she also did some smaller tweaks. It only took two appointments for me though she includes three.“
