This was my first visit. I took in a suit jacket, tags still on it, that was too big and asked to have it tailored down. The owner pinned it up and I could immediately tell she knew what she was doing. Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. But it didn’t look the way I expected and she could tell I wasn’t completely happy with what I was seeing. The cut of the jacket just wasn’t going to fit my new shape in a flattering way. She could have ignored my hesitation - instead, she recommended I buy myself a different jacket rather than paying what it was going to cost to rebuild this one. I brought a hat in for some reinforced stitching and appreciated the forthright analysis of what would work and what wouldn't. Nhu and her staff were lovely to deal with and I felt that the price was reasonable and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return for future tailoring needs. I’ve taken so many dresses here and they all come out perfect! The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even helping me find the best length/fit for dresses. Turn around time is quick/reasonable too. 10/10 recommend
