I thought my border collie had cancer in her mouth, so made an appointment within a week of calling, and the doctor confirmed so easily that it was benign. “We have been loyal customers of Petaluma Veterinary Hospital since the 1970's. We love the way everyone in the office treats us and our pets. The addition of online services makes it even easier to order drugs and make appointments.“

I had a great experience today with Dr. Waldo at Animal Kingdom. My Harley had a swollen ear and per usual the vet we use was once again was booked out a week plus. I decided then a new vet was in order. I read the reviews of Animal Kingdom and figured I’d give them a shot. I called and they were able to get us in same day and offered an affordable office visit fee. Harley and I showed up a few minutes early. We were in a room within minutes and the doctor came in shortly after. Dr. Waldo was personable, a straight shooter, and genuinely showed an interest in animal medicine. He appears to be someone who takes pride in having mastered his craft.

Long story short, I think our family of 5 canines may be making a move from our current vet over to Animal Kingdom.“

“I called in stating that my cat had a sore on his neck and that I thought it was a bite from our other indoor cat. The man I spoke to was extremely understanding and thorough. He explained in full detail of what’s expected, and worse case scenario etc. He even asked if I could send him a photo to their email so they could get an idea of a treatment plan beforehand. It was a night and day difference compared to the vet I called prior as they told me I couldn’t bring my cat in for 3-4 weeks. “I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kong, her medical assistant Carol, and the other staff members at Cotati Small Animal Hospital. Our 12-year-old dog arrived in serious condition, and, while there is no cure for his kidney failure, Dr. Kong came up with a treatment plan that is enabling him to enjoy life again for as long as he has left. His eyes are bright again; he has a little pep; she has helped bring him back from death's door. The folks there all treat our little guy with tenderness and treat us with compassion. Dr. Kong also helped us consider the costs of different treatment paths so we could decide what was right for us. Plus, she calls after hours, after long days treating patients, to give us updates when necessary.“
