Our time with this outstanding veterinary hospital has been amazing. First class care all the way, and genuinely good people running the show. We had to put our 17 year old kitty down this morning, and they sent us flowers this afternoon. Class act.

I've been taking my now fourteen-year-old cat here to the Cat Hospital of Petaluma for years and have always appreciated the caring, focused, and informative care she continues to receive. I'm feeling even better about their care this week -- which is why I jumped on Yelp -- as I'm suddenly navigating my cat's kidney disease and high blood pressure. They are a rock for me. A vet tech took the time to train me how to administer fluids to my cat at home. The front office, and Dr. Hertzel, all take the time to answer my questions, whether by phone, in-person to pick up supplies/food, or during an appointment. The vets and staff at the Cat Hospital have been wonderful to our anxious little kitty. We see them often as our cat has some chronic health issues, and they've always given her excellent care. It feels like they genuinely care about their patients and are very knowledgeable in their practice.
