I can not say enough wonderful things about this vet hospital. The energy in the waiting room is healing all by itself. The drs are all warm and caring. While our little girl has" crossed over the rainbow bridge " I will probably go sit in in the waiting room to watch all the dogs come and go and observe how warmly the staff greets the patients . I have been to other practices and believe this place should train other clinics how to behave towards pets and their owners. They are amazing and we are very grateful for the care they gave our girl Lulu.

Edwina and Judy were so thoughtful and helpful in assisting me with my cat Daisy. It makes such a difference dealing with an elderly pet's health issues when the people on the other end of a telephone line are so very friendly and kind. Many thanks to them for their great help.

I started bringing my pets here when I lived in Forestville. And it was because I was dog sitting for a neighbor in the hospital and one day, her dog, Shannon, was not able to stand up or eat anything even if I held the bowl. I will say Shannon was a 20 year old pit bull, blind and partially deaf. My neighbor had taken her in to be put to sleep a few times and changed her mind at the last instant. I called the vet, they immediately knew who Shannon was and told me that it was time to put her to sleep. So I called my neighbor in the hospital and told her. She called the vet who told her the same thing, gently. We arranged the vet to come out after office hours and put Shannon to sleep in her own bed, with her mistress on the phone. Right then I decided that a vet that cared that much was the vet I'd take my cats to. Another thing that is amazing about these doctors is that one of my cats started having convulsions at 8 months and the doctor immediately recognized it as hypoparathyroidism. This disease is so rare that most cats die from it by the time it's diagnosed. They sent me to Pet Care because they have 24 hour staff and this vet doesn't. They sent off Jamethiel's fluids to the University of Michigan Veterinary School and confirmed the diagnosis. She'll have to be on medication for the rest of her life, but she's a live, healthy, and beautiful cat, now six years old. Dr. Nicole told me that this is the first case she's seen and it's so rare she would bet that the Pet Care doctors have never before seen it, either. I trust all the doctors in this practice.
