The job was challenging and had a dome attached to the house but Pat and his team did great work and I feel very happy with the job that they did. There was a lot of dry rot in parts of my roof but Fabian (the foreman) and his crew cleared it out and replaced everything quickly and with great skill. “Overall great experience. New roof was installed last week so obviously can't speak yet to durability but the service part of the experience was excellent. Gino's crew arrived on time (even a few minutes early), everyone was polite and professional, there were a bunch of people working on our roof at the same time and they got done even faster than we expected. Everyone seemed like a well-oiled machine... none of the "we're running behind on another job, my worker is out sick, now I need to run to Home Depot for a missing part" that makes you want to pull your hair out with some contractors. I wish everyone could be as efficient as Northbay.“
