Sustainable Living Builders, Inc

I'm so relieved to have a new roof, new gutters, gutter guards, clean sun tunnels, and clean solar pannels. We have a lot of trees around our home and not having to scrape out my gutters every year is going to be a dream!
I got 4 quotes from different roofing companies. SLB is the only roofing company that will take down and reinstall existing solar. I didn't want to have to coordinate with two companies to get the project done. This saved me time and was cost effective.
They were quick, excellent communicators, and gave me peace of mind that the job would be done well and last a long time. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with SLB! We had them re-roof and replace our gutters. They were very communicative and prompt. We had some feedback that they addressed immediately. They handled the permitting process completely and the whole project was done within a week. We’re very happy with and confident in our new roof.

I recently hired SLB (Sustainable Living Builders) for a repair for my roof to patio transition and I had a 5 star experience. Any kind of repair involving roof isn't fun, but SLB did an outstanding job communicating the process, coming out multiple times to analyze the work required and their price was very reasonable. Their true colors show when I needed them to come back to address a specific concern that I had and they came back to fix the issue. You often hear about other companies ignoring their customers after work is completed and paid for. They stand by their work and if you are looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend SLB.
