The one complaint I would have is that after my appointment, I always need to set up another 6 month appointment and in order to do that, I need to see an office worker to set that up, I have to wait in line again. Sometimes that takes 20-30 minutes. I wish someone would be able to “check out” people on their way out for these types of things.“

Who even knew there were different kinds? I told her exactly what I was uncomfy with on my face and what I hoped for.
