“We chose Roof and Gutter Busters over other, similarly priced roofing companies because of the customer service provided. The owner, Everardo, spent a lot of time with us while doing the estimate: noting specific issues that would likely need attention (for example, a warped fascia board), discussing the process he and his team would take (including taking videos of the work as it occurred and sending it to us so we could talk about any issues), and the fact that he would be on site each day of the work. The way he communicated in such detail in the beginning set him apart from the other quotes we received. And he continued that “hands on” process throughout. It became clear through the actual work process that Everardo was very knowledgeable and experienced. The workers, too, were organized and diligent in their work. The debris was sufficiently cleaned up; I did find a few screws in the yard, but little else. We live in Rohnert Park and we enjoyed doing business with this local company.
Additional comments: Roof and Gutter Busters were very thorough and conscientious in their cleanup and we fully expected to find a stray nail or two hidden in the dirt. Another reason to recommend this business is that they came out and fixed a problem that they had nothing to do with creating (a very small piece of missing siding high up next to the chimney that we never noticed after many years of living here). We really appreciate the customer service they provide.”
